You want to take into your own hands how you deal with change? You want to use your talent to recognise opportunities? Then I would be happy to be your guide through this process of change. Have a look at the different types of coaching I would like to offer you.
During your first conversation with me, we will identify what your goals are and assure that they are truly attractive and desirable. We will then decide on the most suitable format for our collaboration. You always remain the owner of the topics you would like to discuss and I take over the responsibility for process. In most situations we can work with virtual tools. However, we can also agree to meet in person under compliance with applicable hygiene regulations. Coaching sessions can be conducted in either English or German.
Our business world is changing massively driven by the experiences we all make individually and as a society. Company culture and values have an increasingly relevant impact. Organisations need to focus more on enhancing employee satisfaction. You can also contribute to the change and improve your own satisfaction level.
It becomes more and more exhausting to live up to the expectations: being a high performer while communicating compassionately and acting motivationally.
Business Coaching supports decision makers and mangers within an organisation.
Here are some typical questions being discussed during a coaching session:
- How do we accommodate hybrid working styles within our team?
- How can I and my team cope with organisation change?
- What is my understanding of my role in my workplace?
- How can I make sure that I will always take the ‘correct’ decisions?
- How can I substantiate my personal and professional goals?
- How do I deal with any kind of diversity or alternative lifestyle in my work environment?
During the Business Coaching process, we will jointly develop steps towards a suitable solution. You will be enabled to implement these steps in your professional work life. Additional sessions lead to sustainable continuation of your achievements.
Times of crisis reveal extremes in human beings – as much the positive (solidarity, mindfulness, ability to find creative solutions) as the less attractive characteristics (fear, egotism, distrust). So it is your decision how you would like to deal with a crisis in your day-to-day life.
Career Coaching puts the emphasis entirely on you and your own personal development.
Typical reasons to work with a career coach can be:
- overcome barriers
- gain clarity
- increase latitude
- develop personality & potentials
- explore new horizons
- come to decisions
- review ambivalences
The systemic approach can induce a sense of deliverance as there is no judgement separating “wrong” from “right”. We investigate however, if a potential solution is “helpful” and sustainable.
What does GSD stand for? Gender and Sexual Diversity is a term that encom-passes the LGBT communities but is more inclusive than that. GSD stand for the various identities a person can assume based on their sexuality and/or gender definitions. These are not limited to the duality of male and female.
Although discrimination based on sexual preferences is outlawed in Germany, in some instances those with alternative lifestyles and uncommon identities will experience different treatment in their work environment. For example, Germany only holds a rank in the middle field of the ‘Rainbow Europe Country Index’ which measures the equalisation of gay and lesbian people. People with alternative lifestyles are preoccupied considering the consequences of a potential revelation of their differences. That keeps a significant part of their brain busy which then is not available for productive and creative tasks.
As a systemic business coach with additional training in Gender and Sexual Diversity Therapy, I would like to work with you on questions like how can the confident way of living your identity in your personal life be transferred to the professional world?
You might be confronted quite often with situations when you need to decide if you make your ‘personal matters’ public or not — starting with talking about something funny that happened at last night’s dinner with your partner. Such situations might prevent you from feeling authentic and produces an imbalance between your personal and professional personas. In return, your management potentially perceives that something is ’unclear‘ or ’in-apprehensible‘, because you must be ’different‘. However, the management subconsciously can’t put their fingers on why this may be.
In such case, the support of a GSD coach can help to asses how you would like to shape your own world of work. The focus of attention in our sessions is to increase latitude and develop your own individual solution to enable you to take charge of your own life again. Personal and professional lives are in tune again.
Do you know the feeling? There is a voice inside your head blocking the road to your own goals and even the most motivating speech doesn’t reach you?
A logjam is often connected to strong emotions we sometimes don’t understand ourselves. As we all know, emotions don’t respond well – if not at all – to rational explanations, interpretations or reassurance. Sometimes it becomes hard to apply our skills or use our knowledge to ease situations. Even though we know that we have the skills and knowledge needed.
Coaching techniques focusing on emotions – such as the wingwave® method – support the reduction of stress factors significantly and sustainably. It improves your mental fitness and provides access to your skills and knowledge again.
Already a few wingwave® sessions resolve issues such as:
- stage fright (fear of public appearance, speeches etc.)
- fear of flying or heights
- shy away from conflicts (difficult conversations with the boss or partner)
- an incriminating relation to ‚pleasure makers‘ such as chocolate, crisps or cookies
The time we can spend outdoors is most valuable. Too often don’t pay enough attention to physical exercise. We tend to forget that body and soul are a successful team and can influence each other.
Changing perspective means moving to another position – a new position relating to a topic, a problem or to myself. It can be very helpful to not only shift the mind but also to move the body into a new position.
Let’s take a walk together through nature and engage in a coaching conversation. We can overcome obstacles and manoeuvre difficult situations.
Don’t hesitate to contact me right away and we can schedule an introductory conversation via zoom or telephone (20 mins). This is obviously free of charge for you.
